SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
Work Session February 9, 2004
PRESENT: Chairman Colbert, Selectman DeBold, Selectman Arey and Administrator Lisa Stevens
Chairman Colbert opened the meeting at 12:00pm at the Chichester Library.
The purpose of the meeting was to finalize preparations for the Public Hearing, scheduled for February 10, 2004. The Board gave extensive review to the proposed warrant articles. Motion Selectman DeBold and seconded by Chairman Colbert to remove warrant articles #10 and #11 from the warrant. These were the articles to rescind the wood and solar exemptions. All were in favor.
The Board reviewed the operating budget and discussed the changes within the budgeting format from last year to this year.
Being no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 2:00pm.
